Spool feeder designed for aluminum wire welding with HTP MIG 1400i and MIG 2000i welders.
This spool feeder is designed specifically for the HTP MIG 1400i and MIG 2000i welding machines. It provides direct wire feeding from the gun mounted spool, which helps prevent feeding problems commonly encountered when welding soft aluminum wire through long MIG gun liners.
The feeder includes the required control board to operate with the MIG 1400i or MIG 2000i systems. It uses Binzel 15 series consumables and supports common aluminum welding wire sizes. A clear spool cover allows the operator to monitor wire usage while welding.
This setup is commonly used for aluminum fabrication, repair work, and general shop welding where short spool mounted wire improves feeding reliability.

Freight Shipping
Large or heavy products that exceed standard carrier weight or size limits (over 69 lbs) ship via truck freight and may arrive shrink-wrapped on a pallet.
Freight Shipping Fee
Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Residential Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Additional Freight Items
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
