Returns & Refund Policy

FabCore X Supply

Effective Date: 02/23/2026


1. Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to return

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Condition Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Show no signs of installation, use, modification, or damage

  • Be free of fuel, oil, wire, or consumables if applicable

  • Be packaged securely in original packaging

Items not meeting these requirements may be refused or subject to additional fees.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Used, altered, or damaged products

  • Consumables (wire, tips, abrasives, etc.)


4. Freight Deliveries & Damage Inspection

For freight shipments:

  • Customers must inspect the shipment at delivery

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with claims.


5. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of equipment over $1,000.

Freight returns may incur additional carrier charges.


6. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization:

  • The order will be treated as a return

  • Return freight charges and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


8. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after inspection

Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds.


9. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by FabCore X Supply include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their policies.

Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for warranty coverage details.


10. How to Request a Return

To request a return authorization:

Include your order number and reason for return.

Return instructions will be provided once approved.

Do not ship items back without an RMA.
