Remote spool feeder designed for the HTP America Pro Pulse 220 MTS welding machine.
This spool feeder is designed for use with the HTP America Pro Pulse 220 MTS welder when the optional spool feeder control board is installed inside the machine. The feeder mounts a small wire spool directly at the welding gun to reduce the wire feed distance.
The short distance between the drive rollers and contact tip helps improve feeding reliability when welding aluminum or other soft wire types. Wire feed speed can be adjusted directly at the spool feeder handle using the built in adjustment slider.
This setup is commonly used for field welding, equipment repair, trailer repair, and fabrication jobs where the welding machine cannot be positioned directly next to the work area.

Residential Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:

Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Additional Freight Items
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
