The BG-60V belt grinder is designed for grinding, deburring, and shaping metal parts in fabrication and maintenance environments. The machine uses a 1.5 HP motor and inverter driven variable speed system to control belt speeds for different grinding tasks.
A three wheel design supports a 1.5 inch by 60 inch grinding belt with a 7 inch contact wheel. Variable belt speed from 800 to 8000 feet per minute allows the operator to adjust grinding performance depending on the material and finishing requirement.
In real shop use the BG-60V is commonly used for removing burrs from cut parts, chamfering edges before welding, and cleaning up castings or fabricated components.

Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
