The MW25C industrial wide belt sander is designed for deburring, sanding, and surface texturing of metal components. The machine uses a single wide abrasive belt combined with a powered conveyor to produce consistent surface finishes across flat metal parts.
The system uses a 7.5 HP sanding motor with controlled feed speed and electronic table elevation adjustment. This allows operators to adjust finishing pressure and thickness settings depending on the material and finish required.
In real shop use the MW25C is commonly installed in fabrication facilities processing laser cut parts, sheet metal components, and flat metal stock where consistent deburring and surface preparation is required before coating or assembly.

Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
