The Metal Man AOC8735SGC auto darkening welding helmet is designed for MIG, TIG, and stick welding. The auto darkening filter detects the welding arc and changes the lens shade automatically to protect the operator’s eyes during welding.
This helmet uses Opticlear 2.5 lens technology which provides a brighter light state and improved color clarity while welding. Four arc sensors help detect the arc quickly and consistently. Sensitivity and delay controls allow the operator to adjust the helmet response for different welding environments.
In real shop use this helmet is commonly used in fabrication shops, maintenance work, and general welding where operators need adjustable lens controls and reliable arc detection.

Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
