The SGB-6 industrial metal sander is designed for deburring, grinding, and surface conditioning on small metal parts that are difficult to process on wide belt machines. The system uses a vacuum hold-down table to stabilize parts while abrasive discs or brushes perform the finishing operation.
The machine features a variable speed grinding motor that allows operators to adjust the surface finishing process depending on the material and abrasive being used. The integrated vacuum hold-down area helps secure smaller components that would otherwise shift during manual grinding operations.
In real shop use the SGB-6 is commonly installed in fabrication shops, laser cutting facilities, and small production environments where operators need controlled deburring and finishing of smaller parts or components with varying thickness.

Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
