These round punch and die sets are designed for METALpro Ironworkers. Each set comes with one upper punch and one lower die. The hole size is based on the upper punch. All sets come with our standard 2″ lower die and 1/32″ clearance from punch to the die. We can sell the punch and dies individually out of the set if needed. Other clearances are available if needed. Custom sizes in 1/64″ increments and larger than 1-1/4″ are available. Hole punch size must be equal to or greater than material thickness for consistent results.
*WE RECOMMEND THE PUNCH AND DIE SET THAT YOU ARE USING be 1/32″ LARGER THAN YOUR BOLT SIZE (EX. 5/16″ bolt would need a 11/32″ round punch and die set)

Exclusions:
Products weighing over 69 lbs or requiring palletized freight shipment are excluded from free shipping and are subject to freight charges.
Large or heavy products that exceed standard carrier weight or size limits (over 69 lbs) ship via truck freight and may arrive shrink-wrapped on a pallet.
Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
