A portable pulse MIG welder designed for fabrication shops and field work requiring aluminum and steel capability.

The HTP Freedom 235 Pulse is a portable MIG welding system designed for pulse MIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. It uses synergic MIG programs combined with manual parameter adjustment so operators can choose simplified setup or full control over welding settings.

The machine operates on 230 to 240 volt single phase power and provides up to 230 amps of output in a compact inverter platform. It supports push pull feeders and spool guns for aluminum welding and includes a digital control display for adjusting welding programs and arc settings.

In real shop use the Freedom 235 Pulse is used in fabrication shops, automotive work, maintenance welding, and mobile repair where portability and pulse MIG capability are required.

Shipping Overview

Free Shipping Policy

Most orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping.

Exclusions:
Products weighing over 69 lbs or requiring palletized freight shipment are excluded from free shipping and are subject to freight charges.


Freight Shipping

Large or heavy products that exceed standard carrier weight or size limits (over 69 lbs) ship via truck freight and may arrive shrink-wrapped on a pallet.

Freight Shipping Fee

  • Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:

    • A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or

    • A freight terminal for customer pickup.


Residential Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.

Examples of accessorial charges include:

  • Residential delivery surcharge

  • Liftgate service

  • Limited access delivery fees

  • Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges

Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.

Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.

If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.


Additional Freight Items

Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.

When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.


Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.

To protect yourself:

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.

  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.

For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.

We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
