31% light transmission with shade level 2 gives near-clear visibility, helping operators track puddle movement and joint edges.
0.100 ms switching time darkens instantly at arc start, preventing flash exposure during repeated tack welding.
ShadeTronic 4–12 auto-adjusts lens darkness to arc intensity, eliminating manual shade changes during varying amperage welds.
FadeTronic delay control slows lens reopening after arc stop, reducing eye fatigue during high-frequency production welding.
Silver heat-reflective shell keeps the helmet interior up to 24°F cooler during extended overhead and hot-position welding.

FABCORE X DECISION GUIDE
The Optrel Crystal 2.0 welding helmet is designed for welders who want a very bright light state when the arc is not active. This can make part positioning, weld inspection, and setup work easier in fabrication environments.
Automatic shade adjustment changes the lens shade during welding based on arc intensity. Manual shade adjustment and sensitivity controls allow the helmet to be adapted to different welding processes and shop conditions.
Is This Helmet Right For You
You perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding
You want a bright light state for setup and positioning
You work in fabrication or maintenance welding environments
You switch between welding and grinding tasks
You May Need A Different Helmet If
You require supplied air respiratory protection
You perform laser welding
You need a helmet designed for extreme heat environments
