The MicroCut 45 DV is a dual voltage plasma cutter designed for manual cutting and CNC plasma table use. It operates on either 120V or 230V power and includes built in CNC capability for automated cutting systems.
The machine uses an LCD display and infinitely adjustable cutting current to control output. On 230V power the cutter produces up to 45 amps of output. On 120V power the output is limited to 25 amps. The unit is designed for fabrication shops, home shops, and CNC plasma table users who require a compact plasma cutting system.
The MicroCut 45 DV supports both hand cutting and CNC machine torch operation. For CNC use the machine torch can be installed and the cutter switched to CNC mode. Dry compressed air is required for operation. This unit is not approved for use with a generator.
