The SmartCut Plus plasma CNC table is designed for automated cutting of steel and other conductive metals using a plasma cutting power source. The machine integrates FlashCut CNC software which combines CAD, CAM, and machine control in a single operating system.
The system uses a welded steel frame with helical rack and pinion drive on the X and Y axes and a ball screw drive on the Z axis. A water table captures sparks and reduces smoke during cutting while torch height control maintains proper cutting distance from the work surface.
In real shop use the SmartCut Plus is used by fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, and metalworking businesses producing brackets, panels, and structural components that require repeatable CNC plasma cutting.

Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
