The softhood (paired with the optrel e3000x) is based on the principle of over-pressure relative to the environment, and prevents contaminated air from entering the respiratory tract. It protects against dust and spray mist during various non-toxic operations and is fantastic for use in manufacturing, woodworking, food & pharmaceutical production, mining or agriculture.
Made of ultra-lightweight nylon fabric, the adjustable headgear fits easily and quickly to all head sizes, and the comfortable elastic band forms snugly around the face. It’s wide angle clear visor with anti-fog coating ensures an unrestricted view at all times.
**The optrel softhood is available in both a short and long version, in Black, White and Grey and is sold separately from the e3000x PAPR system**

Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
