Single phase AC DC TIG welding system designed for aluminum fabrication and production welding environments.
The HTP Invertig 221 AC DC is a single phase TIG and Stick welding machine designed for fabrication shops and professional welding environments. The machine supports TIG welding with pulse control and Stick welding with pulse capability. It produces up to 220 amps of TIG output when connected to 208 to 240V power.
AC TIG controls allow adjustment of AC frequency, AC balance, and independent electrode positive and electrode negative amperage settings. These controls allow the operator to adjust arc shape, cleaning action, and penetration when welding aluminum.
This package includes a 20 series water cooled TIG torch and an Arctic Chill water cooler. A water cooled torch allows longer welding sessions at higher amperage and improves torch temperature control during extended fabrication work.

Freight Shipping Fee
Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Residential Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Additional Freight Items
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
