Remote spool feeder designed for Millermatic 200 MIG welders.
This spool feeder is designed to operate with Millermatic 200 MIG welding machines. It allows the operator to move farther from the welding power source while maintaining wire feed control at the welding gun.
The feeder places the wire spool directly on the gun assembly, reducing the distance between the drive rollers and the contact tip to approximately 8 inches. This shorter feed path helps reduce wire feeding issues that can occur when welding aluminum or soft wire types.
This system is commonly used for equipment repair, trailer work, and field fabrication where the welding power source cannot be placed directly next to the work area. A wire feed adjustment control on the handle allows the operator to make feed speed adjustments without returning to the power source.

Freight shipments ship for a flat fee of $250.00 when delivered to:
A commercial address with forklift or loading dock access, or
A freight terminal for customer pickup.
Residential Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Additional Freight Items
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
