Air Arbor Press Model 1-220

Product # 901220

Includes: Cast iron frame, Air cylinder, Double acting ram, Chrome plated piston rod, Air filter regulator assembly
Does Not Include: Tooling, Nose pieces, Press dies

Built for production shops and assembly operations that need controlled pneumatic pressing with repeatable force.

The Model 1-220 air arbor press is a pneumatic press designed for pressing, staking, and assembly operations that require consistent force. The press delivers up to 2,000 pounds of pressing capacity using a compressed air system and a double acting ram.

The non rotating ram design eliminates the need for guide pins in many tooling setups. A threaded rod end allows nose pieces and tooling to be attached quickly depending on the application.

Dual palm push buttons control ram movement and prevent accidental activation. Adjustable ram speed, pressure, and stroke allow operators to control pressing operations accurately for repeatable production work.

Capacity: 2000 lbs
Ram Travel: 4 inches
Air Pressure Requirement: 100 PSI
Throat Depth: 5 inches
Work Area: 9 inches x 8 inches
