The DLN-6200 is a hydraulic sheet metal corner notcher designed to cut precise 90 degree notches in mild steel and other sheet materials. The fixed blade geometry ensures consistent notch angles during repeated cutting operations.
The machine uses hydraulic power and a foot pedal control to produce up to 15 strokes per minute. An oversized 25.5 inch working table with integrated guides supports larger sheet material and helps maintain alignment during cutting.
The 8.5 inch blades can be resharpened multiple times to extend service life. The negative rake blade design pulls the material toward the stops during cutting to improve accuracy and reduce movement during the notch.

Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
