The MFlux 5 wet metal dust collector is designed to capture combustible metal dust produced during grinding, sanding, and metal finishing. The system uses water based filtration to capture particles before they are released back into the workspace.
A 5 HP motor drives a large impeller that moves air through the system and into the water filtration chamber where metal dust is captured and contained. This design helps reduce airborne metal particles generated during fabrication work.
In real shop use the MFlux 5 is installed near grinding stations, sanding operations, and metal finishing equipment where wet dust collection is required to control airborne metal dust.

Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
