The U30 metal dust collector is designed to capture metal dust and grinding debris generated in fabrication and finishing operations. A 3 HP motor drives a 12 inch aluminum impeller to move air through the micro mesh filtration system and into a metal collection drawer.
Four 4 inch inlet ports allow the system to be connected to multiple grinding or finishing machines using standard ducting. The steel cart and stainless drum construction are designed for consistent shop use and easier debris disposal.
In real shop environments the U30 is used near grinding stations, deburring equipment, or sanding machines where metal dust needs to be collected before it spreads through the workspace.

Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
We are happy to assist customers with freight claims when possible; however, freight claims are ultimately handled by the carrier.
