The Laguna Tools Model 3A is a 5 ton ratchet lever arbor press designed for pressing bearings, bushings, pins, and similar components. The ratchet lever mechanism allows the operator to reposition the lever during operation, making it easier to apply force when space or leverage is limited.
A handwheel allows the ram to be advanced quickly to the workpiece before pressing begins. The counterweight returns the lever after the downstroke, helping the operator reset the press between operations.
In real shop environments this arbor press is commonly used for assembly work, repair operations, and fabrication tasks that require controlled manual pressing force.

Freight shipments can be delivered to residential addresses; however, additional carrier accessorial fees apply.
Examples of accessorial charges include:
Residential delivery surcharge
Liftgate service
Limited access delivery fees
Appointment delivery or re-delivery charges
Customers shipping to residential addresses will be contacted by Customer Service if additional freight charges apply.
Someone must be present to sign for and accept delivery of all freight shipments.
If liftgate service is declined but used at delivery, the customer is responsible for the additional carrier charge.
Items purchased separately from machines or palletized equipment incur an additional $250 freight shipping fee when shipped to a commercial address.
When delivered to a residential address, customers are responsible for all applicable freight and accessorial charges.
All freight shipments leave our suppliers’ facilities in good condition.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery in accordance with carrier documentation. We assist customers with delivery-related issues in accordance with our published policies.
To protect yourself:
Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If possible, inspect the contents while the driver is present.
Note any visible damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.
For freight terminal pickups (“Hold for Pickup” shipments), inspect the shipment before leaving the terminal. Damage not noted at pickup may be denied by the carrier.
