The Laguna Tools Force 10 Dura-Press is an electrically operated hydraulic press designed for controlled pressing tasks such as installing bearings, removing bushings, and straightening components. The press is powered by a single phase 110V motor which allows it to operate in shops without industrial three phase power.
A double acting hydraulic cylinder moves the ram during both the downstroke and return. This allows the operator to position the ram accurately during setup and pressing operations. Ram movement is controlled with a three point lever system that allows one handed operation.
The press frame uses welded channel iron construction for rigidity during pressing. An adjustable table allows the operator to position the workpiece at the correct height for the job.
